About us

Holidays on the western coast of Crimea have been attracting for many years with the healing power of sea water, a variety of natural landscapes and the opportunity to improve the health of children. The Tarkhankut protected area that stretches along the Donuzlav Bay up to the Belyaus Spit itself, known for its gently sloping sandy beaches, which has become the best place for children and families, has become especially attractive among vacationers. Here you can meet flocks of dolphins driving schools of fish into shallow water, enjoy the beauty of the pristine nature of Crimea, breathe in the air filled with the healing aromas of steppe herbs and the sea, indulge in carefree rest in the MIRAGE + estate and disappear from the world of worries and problems for a while!

"MIRAGE +" welcomes guests since May, as the swimming season on the shallow beaches warmed by the sun starts a little earlier than at other resorts of Crimea. We will help you to feel the fullness of the Crimean hospitality by offering cozy comfortable rooms at reasonable prices, equipped with everything you need to relax!

  • Check-out is at 11 AM (if a guest checks-out later the guest house reserves the right to charge additional fee);
  • Check-in is from 07AM to 10PM at the reception, 100% payment is to be made before guest settlement;
  • The pool can be used from 8AM to 10PM, children are to be accompanied by adults;
  • We sell alcohol and tobacco products only to people who have reached 21 years old;
  • Smoking in rooms is not allowed, smoking on the territory is allowed only in the areas especially designed for this purpose;
  • We respect the right of our guests for quite time from 10PM;
  • You can pay for our services with cash or a bank card, return of advance payment in favour of the guest can be done in case the guest will refuse rest not later than 3 week prior the planned date of arrival;
  • Accommodation with pets is possible upon prior agreement;
  • Meals are not included into the price and are paid for separately (if a guest prefers meals from our cafe to cooking own food);
  • Massage is not included into the accommodation cost (you pay directly to the specialist).

We offer our guests traveling around the Crimea in their own car, free round-the-clock secure parking near the estate. It's good when the car is at your side. No pre-registration is required - there are enough places for everyone!

We are especially proud of our 15 meter deep fresh water swimming pool with powerful counter current, collar zone massage waterfall and kids 60 centimeter deep basin with hot tub. Warmed by sun rays deck is attracting with its comfortable rattan beach chairs.

Our store will meet the needs of the most fastidious guests. At your request our car will take you to the farmers market, pharmacy or ATM at Chernomorskoye town.

We can ring the changes to your leisure! On the beach you will find wave runners, Banana Boats, water slides, motor-glider, parasailing. Our administrator will arrange an excursion to the Love Basin or to see dolphins or horses. Within walking distance from the guest house you will find the remains of ancient city Beliaus.

Very cozy, clean hotel and recreation area, helpful staff. I would like to have a bike rental, because the area is quite extensive and walk far on foot, there would be more entertainment for children. Luxurious wide white sand beach and a minimum of people. Who wants a relaxing family vacation you come here.

Rested from 09/06/20 to 09/16/2020, 2 adults + 2 children. I liked the hotel very much. Nice, clean rooms. Cleaning on request. Public kitchen where you can also do laundry. The pool is only in this hotel, the kids were happy. The territory is well-groomed, there are gazebos for the barbecue, small exercise machines and a playground. A children's animator also comes. In general, we were satisfied with the rest.

Very good hotel, we have been resting not for the first time. All at the highest level! The staff does everything and even more so that people have a good rest and come to them again! Nice, clean pool, comfortable rooms, a cafe with delicious food, a children's animator during the day, a special place for barbecue, you can cook yourself in the shared kitchen. Can be washed in a shared washing machine, ironed without problems. The staff treats all customers with respect and solves issues in favor of the vacationers. We are very happy with our stay !!! Where are we?
The estate is located on Tarkhankut, the Western coast of Crimea, between the Belyaus spit and the left bank of the Donuzlav. The nearest village, Znamenskoye, is 3 km away.
What are the living conditions at the hotel?
At the time of registration, the guest pays the full amount of the accommodation. The price of accommodation includes the use of the swimming pool, the Internet on the territory, sports, playgrounds and a barbecue area. We will place the guests' car in our parking lot, we will provide a baby cot in the room upon request, our animator will take the kids. Meals are not included in the price of accommodation.
